Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Agent to ensure the accuracy and
confidentiality of medical records.
Key Responsibilities
Review medical charts to verify correct patient information and
meet requirements
Ensure compliance with schedules and meet efficiency and accuracy
goals
Handle rejected charts and maintain data confidentiality
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred experience in medical records or coding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with limited
exceptions
