Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to manage and mentor a team of Sales Development Reps.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs)
Develop new resources, playbooks, and processes to support team growth
Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve team performance

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience managing a metrics-driven sales/business development team
4+ years of overall sales experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare sales
Experience in driving team-wide performance metrics and data analysis
Proven experience in coaching and developing sales development reps
Experience evaluating talent and hiring successful sales development reps
