Job Description:

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and reporting pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams. Reporting Analyst will support the business, reporting and data teams on reporting initiatives and will ensure optimal reporting delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. They will also monitor the performance and quality of junior data and reporting analysts.
Review business requirements documents submitted by business units or other analysts for completeness and accuracy.
Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing report infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our reporting systems.
Create and maintain SQL Stored Procedures and Views for ease of reporting and consistency.
Design new database tables to allow new data to be imported based on business needs.
Investigate and find root cause for corrupted data, correct coding errors and related problems.
Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
Developing and maintaining databases, data systems - reorganizing data in a readable format
Mentor and coach junior data/reporting analysts as needed and perform quality control reviews of junior analyst's work for completeness and accuracy.
5+ years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS and SSIS
- Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data
- 1+ years of experience in the Mortgage Servicing Industry strongly preferred
- BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics strongly preferred
