Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst, Compensation and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the system administrator for UKG payroll, managing business processes and reporting
Serve as the HRIS payroll subject matter expert, optimizing system configuration
Develop and maintain reports, analyze data flows, and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of HR/HRIS experience
Experience with ORACLE and UKG systems is required
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPAA)
Experience in managing HRIS Compensation processes and integrations
