Job Description:

A company is looking for a Case Analyst in MRO Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts administrative reviews of Non-DOT test results and performs donor interviews
Advises clients on federal drug testing regulations to ensure compliance
Provides support to various teams and may perform additional related duties as required

Required Qualifications and Education

Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum 5 years of experience in an MRO-A position
Medical Review Officer Assistant Certification
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
