Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Systems Analyst II to
drive data analysis and recommend system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor contact center activity data to recommend
technology system improvements
Support implementation processes and overall solution design,
including testing of technology system improvements
Identify opportunities for streamlining business processes and
improving user experience through technology
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
Call center IVR experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Excel and SQL strongly preferred
Equivalent experience may be considered
