and Responsibilities
- Participants should expect to learn and perform the job duties
of the position(s) within their assigned department
- Learn the various systems used in the hotel
- Assist in analyzing and ensuring practice of guest service
standards at hotels
- Completes projects, as assigned, in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times
- Is polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management and
fellow team members
- Executes emergency procedures in accordance with hotel
standards
- Complies with required safety regulations and procedures
- Attends appropriate hotel meetings and training sessions
- Maintains cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and
work area
- Complies with hotel standards, policies and rules
- Remains current with hotel information and changes
- Complies with hotel uniform and grooming
standardsQualifications

- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written

- Ability to work flexible schedule to include some weekends and
holidaysEducation: Pursuing an Associates, Bachelors, or Masters
Degree in Hospitality Management from Rosen College of Hospitality
Management.
