Job Description:

A company is looking for a Per Diem Licensed Bilingual Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for oncology patients
Provide ongoing therapeutic support, case management, and navigation services for patients
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida
Oncology experience is required
Certified Patient Navigator or experience with patient navigation preferred
Proficient in English and Spanish
Knowledge of supportive care principles for oncology patients
