Job Description:

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to shape the learning journey for their customer education program.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop eLearning modules, instructional videos, and interactive content
Lead the creation and improvement of high-stakes certification programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in instructional design or related field
Proficiency in Articulate Rise 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with high-stakes certification programs
Familiarity with LMS platforms, preferably Skilljar
Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
