Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to join their growing
team.
Key Responsibilities
Support and advise on global commercial legal matters, focusing on
marketing, digital media, technology, and privacy
Draft and negotiate complex client and vendor commercial
agreements
Provide ongoing legal counsel on intellectual property laws, data
and privacy regulations, and FTC regulations
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in a combination of
law firm and in-house settings
Extensive knowledge of advertising technology, integrated
marketing, and digital media
Experience with SAAS licensing, digital content production, and
social media matters
Solid understanding of FTC regulations and intellectual property
matters
