A company is looking for a Dayforce HCM Payroll Functional Lead
with expertise in CN and US payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Support Dayforce Payroll Implementation for an international
client
Deliver system configuration, management, and process
optimization
Ensure compliance with North American tax regulations and payroll
operations
Required Qualifications
2 projects implementing Dayforce HCM Payroll for large
organizations (50k+ employees)
Experience running US and Canadian payroll operations in Dayforce
HCM
Hands-on expertise in configuring Dayforce HCM Payroll
Strong knowledge of North American payroll regulations and tax
laws
Experience with reporting and testing skills utilizing Excel and
SQL is a plus
