Job Description:
A company is looking for a Precision Medicine Therapeutic Area
(TA) Lead in Oncology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement precision
medicine strategies across the product lifecycle
Integrate stakeholder inputs to enhance asset value through
biomarker target identification and patient stratification
Serve as a liaison between research and development to inform
clinical translational considerations and reverse translational
strategies
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree with 4 years of experience, or Master's degree
with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience
MD & PhD preferred with 6+ years of industry and academic
experience
Expertise in integrating multiple data sources for precision
medicine approaches
Experience in translational research and advancing clinical
candidates
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory
requirements for biomarker development
