Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health job in Jacksonville, Florida seeking compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse to join our team in Florida. Key Responsibilities:

• Follow designated care plan, make home visits to clients, perform assigned duties, and monitor clients' conditions.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Case management and coordination.Qualifications:
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in FL.
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred.
