Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and
develop a team of Sales Development Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing Sales
Development Representatives
Optimize outbound lead generation processes and collaborate with
cross-functional teams
Establish performance metrics and provide insights to senior
management regarding lead generation activities
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of experience leading a team of SDRs in a high-growth,
SaaS environment
Proven experience as an SDR in a high-growth, SaaS environment,
preferably in tech
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing
high-performing teams
Proficiency with relevant sales and lead generation tools/software,
particularly HubSpot
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
