Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations to
design and implement programs and systems that support business
goals.
Key Responsibilities
Gain understanding of existing systems and ensure compliance for US
and international employees
Establish scalable processes for core People Operations functions
and optimize HR tech stack usage
Provide data-driven insights for leadership to support
decision-making and workforce planning
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, preferably in
fast-growing startups
Deep experience managing compensation, benefits, HR systems, and
compliance
Strong operational and systems mindset for scalable process
design
Expertise in managing People tech stacks, including HRIS and ATS
systems
Proven track record of leading HR operations with a focus on
compliance and employee experience
