Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outreach & Engagement Manager to
drive enrollment and activation KPIs through effective team
management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of outreach specialists, providing training
and coaching to meet enrollment KPIs
Analyze outreach performance metrics to identify trends and improve
key KPIs
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines in all
outreach activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public health, or a
related field
Experience in healthcare management, specifically in outbound
calling and proactive outreach
Strong knowledge of Medicaid policies and value-based care
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
Ability to work evenings and weekends, with a standard schedule of
Tuesday - Saturday
