Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager responsible for
complex financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly and year-end closing processes, analyze expense
variances, and approve account reconciliations
Prepare financial statements and special financial reports,
ensuring compliance with GAAP and Coalition reporting
guidelines
Mentor accounting staff and assist in training new employees while
supporting brand leadership with financial analyses
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Advanced Excel and PC skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Location requirement: Must reside within Wisconsin
