Account Manager Strategic Accounts

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Strategic Accounts Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing escalations and ensuring SLAs are met
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within client accounts
Support RFPs and RFIs by developing proposals and participating in interviews with the Sales team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
3-5 years' experience in a team lead role
5-7 years' experience in account management or sales
Knowledge of Payroll, HRIS, or Fintech industries
Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools
