Regional SupportOur regional support center provides resources to
our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources,
Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations,
Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and
Communications.Responsibilities:
- Install troubleshoots and repairs heating, air conditioning,
pump and building exhaust.
- Troubleshoots malfunctioning heating, air conditioning to
determine the cause of the malfunction.
- Performs scheduled maintenance inspections, and adjust, cleans
and calibrates various systems to assure proper system
operations.
- Repair wiring and electronic components associated with
automated building management systems.
- Replaces expansion valves, motors, coil units and other
components parts.
- Troubleshoots and repairs direct digital and pneumatic control
systems.
- Checks distribution system for proper velocity, volume,
temperature, pressure, etc.
- Balance air and water treatment systems.
- Determine causes of and correct condensation problems.
- Provide technical assistance with the design of HVAC systems
including installation and modifications to existing systems.
- Prepares records and reports describing procedures, action
taken and recommended solutions.
- Prepares and submits requests for supplies and equipment.
- Responds to emergency service request.
- Knowledge of pertinent rules and regulation, guidelines, safety
orders, departmental operating procedures and safety regulations
sufficient to insure that work is performed in compliance with
applicable law.
- Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices.
- Follows safety rules and procedures.
