Job Description:
Are you looking for an Office Manager role and do you have Real
Estate industry experience? Do you have experience with heavy
scheduling and calendaring as well as video conferencing
experience? This could be the position for you!
Looking for an Office Manager with multiple years of experience
within an Executive Assistant or Office Manger, coordinating
schedules and meetings, processing expense reports, and setting up
travel for internal and external customers to attend conferences.
Providing administrative support, filing documents, managing travel
arrangements, putting together marketing materials.
Skills: Great communicator, great writing skills, time management,
well organize, clean, pro-active, someone that can attend
conferences.
Functions: Office Management/Executive Assistant, Setting up and
coordinating meetings, correspondence, send out rental notices and
collect rental checks. Coordinates flights, hotels, and video
conferences internationally. Main contact for the office.
Company is within the Real Estate and Investment industry/Private
Equity. Someone with this background or the Financial/Property
Management industry will be best.
