Responsibilities:
--- Follow up on all leads in a timely manner
--- Uncover the priorities of the buyers by doing a needs assessment (fact-finding conversation) and then locate homes that match their needs and wants and show them the homes
--- Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, collaborative, servant-leader approach

Qualifications:
--- Driven to earn more than $100,000
--- Provide exceptional customer experiences
--- FL real estate license or willing to get one
--- Teachable
--- Works well in a self-directed manner
--- Great team player
